Maharaja's Mistake is a fine-dining restaurant rooted in a culturally grounded story of a royal kitchen opened to the public after India's independence.

In 1952, as India absorbed his princely state, Maharaja (King) Vijaysinhji opened the palace kitchen to the public. A move critics called a mistake He agreed, and named it exactly that. Goal was to give shape to that story through words, visuals, photography, and mood. A brand built on restraint, heritage, and emotional weight. The restaurant is designed for a discerning audience, those who value detail, cultural memory, and quiet elegance. From the menus to the photography, everything reflects legacy, kept alive through experience.
